All workshops are designed to empower staff with insight and tools to make positive changes. Material is always evidence based, practical & engaging.
We are continuously developing new workshops to ensure that we are responding to current needs and providing highly topical support.
Format: Virtual delivery, or in-person at your workplace. Some topics are also available in a flexible and affordable pre-recorded format.
Duration: Each workshop is 60 mins as standard. Some can be extended to 90mins or more.
