There are some unique health risks and disease which affect men more than they do women. Cardiovascular disease is still one of the major causes of death worldwide; and Diabetes is one of the world’s greatest health challenges. Prostate cancer is the second most commonly occurring cancer in men.
Stress, the silent killer, has been proven to contribute to the development of all of these chronic diseases. In our modern society we are exposed to constant stress from social, environmental, financial, physical and mental contributors.
So, what can we do about it? This workshop, delivered by an expert Nutritionist, highlights the five main threats to men’s health, unpicking the causes, highlighting the symptoms and equipping participants with top preventative tips, so that individuals can build resilience and optimise health.
Participants will leave the workshop with knowledge of how food, drink and lifestyle can optimise their health.
