Building Healthy Wellbeing Habits

Helping people to reflect on, and understand, what’s been working for them, personally, in maintaining their mental wellbeing - and how to use that to form habits that last.

There's a lot of information online, on how people could or should look after their wellbeing. But everybody's different - our preferences, life circumstances, personality types, body types.

The information overload can be one of the reasons why motivating ourselves to look after ourselves, can be so difficult. So how can we start giving some care and attention to our wellbeing - and do all we can to support it?

This session encourages people to reflect on what works for them, personally, within the areas shown to be most important in maintaining our wellbeing - and provides tips and guidance on how to start building them into habits that last. This includes taking a look at our relationship with digital tech and screen-time - and how to take control of it.

The overall intention is that participants learn how to build resilience, deal with challenging emotions and get through a bad day, without turning to comforts or channels that may not best serve us.
