Pause & Breathe Meditation Series

 

6-week guided meditation series to promote relaxation and connection with colleagues.

Meditation is a way to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing, a clear and calm mind and better manage stress. By resting our attention on the breath, we can access a sense of inner calm, even in the midst of outer flux.

These weekly 30 minute sessions are designed to support participants to find peace in the midst of uncertainties. Each week has a different focus, with the intention of taking us on a journey to boost physical, mental and emotional wellbeing:

Week 1 - Step out of anxiety with gratitude
Week 2 - Building a sense of safety
Week 3 - Boosting the immune system
Week 4 - Accepting uncertainties and difficulties
Week 5 - Cultivating presence
Week 6 - Cultivating optimism

No experience or effort is necessary. This is simply an opportunity to come together in a shared experience of calm and relaxation, releasing any anxiety and tension.

How it Works:

  • Capacity: Up to 100 participants if delivered virtually

  • Duration: 6 x 30-minutes

  • Location: Delivered virtually, either on your own platform of choice or we can host for you using Zoom
