Yoga classes to introduce staff to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques.
It is our firm belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or age. The benefits of yoga are significant, from improving strength & flexibility, reducing inflammation in the body, alleviating lower back pain, reducing muscle tension, perfecting posture, decreasing blood pressure, and most important of all, it makes you happier!
Our yoga classes introduce staff to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques. The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.
How it Works
Capacity: Up to 100 particpants if delivered by webinar
Duration: 60 minutes. Just let us know your preferred day of week and time
Location: Delivered virtually, either on your own platform of choice or we can host for you using Zoom
