Connected Responsibility

Enables and motivates teams of remote workers, designed for managers and leaders.

Connected Responsibility is a masterclass in how to lead a remote team. With mass, ongoing remote working in place, the experience for employees is very different to the occasional day working from home. Leaders and managers need to develop new approaches, routines and behaviours to support individuals, foster strong, supportive teams and enable great work to be maintained.

This one hour virtual workshop helps leaders and managers to avoid the damaging effects of micromanaging whilst still being able to motivate and enable their people to do great work, both as a team and individually.

This session highlights and addresses the specific challenges facing leaders as they lead and manage remote teams. We share and discuss how to maintain motivation, tackling the three key triggers to demotivation at work - anonymity, irrelevance and ignorance of impact - all risk factors that are exacerbated by prolonged remote working. We explore how to meet the needs of the team - looking at the four specific needs that managers must meet to avoid demotivation, isolation and poor productivity.

Finally the session explains how to develop a balanced team communication structure and leadership approach that enables great work, strong morale and collective purpose.
