We know that taking regular exercise has big health benefits on both our physical and mental health, but how should we train? Many people pick an online program or use apps which can be very helpful but are not always suited to the individual.
This workshop, delivered by a specialist physiotherapist, explores common training errors and easy steps to overcome them. We evaluate the latest health literature and provide tips on injury prevention to optimise performance. We explain when and why to stretch and share the benefits of cardiovascular exercise.
The workshop also shares knowledge of of how to re-start training safely after a period of inactivity
Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of different types of exercise and common training errors, along with an awareness of strategies to help stay injury free.
