One-to-one Coaching

Transformative coaching for your teams to support them to boost resilience and wellbeing, and find creative ways forward.

We all need a safe space to let off steam, talk about challenges or concerns, and feel truly listened to. These challenges are unique to each individual and may relate to personal or professional life, or a blend of both.

These 45-minute one to one sessions are intended to provide employees with an impartial confidential space to talk, opportunity to reconnect with their purpose and values, and to find alternative ways of looking at things in order to feel more resilient.

Why choose coaching?

Coaching takes a proactive and preventative approach, providing space to discuss challenges and concerns and find ways forwards, before they become bigger issues.

A coach helps individuals to build resilience and look ahead. Employees will learn strategies they can use to support themselves through challenges, and see new perspectives on areas where they may feel stuck.

Employees will feel more confident in drawing their own boundaries, more energised, driven, and focussed.

All of our coaches are a qualified Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). It is important to distinguish that coaching is not therapy or counselling, and should our coach feel that other forms of support are more suitable for the individual, they will advise accordingly.

How it Works:

We have a minimum booking requirement of a single clinic day, during which one coach can deliver 5 x 45 minute appointments. The number of appointments can be increased with multiple coaches.

We recommend a minimum of 2 appointments be made available to each employee in order to follow up and build on the initial session. Ongoing, flexible packages are available.

We can deliver virtually, via phone, or in-person at your workplace.

Appointments can be booked anonymously and managed completely by us if required, making the process completely confidential.
