Leading Through Challenging Times

90 minute Mental Health Training session designed to equip Managers with knowledge of how to best take care of their own and their teams’ mental health.

As the focus on workplace wellbeing sharpens, conscientious employers, leaders and managers want to know how best to take care of their colleagues’ mental health and overall wellbeing. The global pandemic continues to take its toll on us in many ways, not least of all our psychological health as evidenced by increasing stress, burnout and mental ill-health in the working arena.

There are big costs to this at both personal and business levels with demonstrable negative impacts on performance and productivity. Besides this, being responsible for other people at this time can add to the load and may mean your own wellbeing gets pushed to one side. As a manager or leader you too may be finding it challenging to stay on top of things as well as dealing with your colleagues’ struggles.

This interactive 90 min training session, delivered by a leading medical doctor with a background in psychiatry and public health, addresses some of the key factors about taking care of ourselves, our colleagues and our staff as we move forward.
