Mental Health Awareness Week

One of the lessons to come from living through the global pandemic has been a greater understanding of the therapeutic power of Nature, making it the perfect theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week, which takes place from 10th-16th May.

Nature’s Tonic

We've created a workshop that responds directly to this theme, explaining the science behind nature and wellbeing, the benefits of nature on our mind and body, and sharing strategies to integrate more nature into our lifestyle.

Your Mental Health at Work Strategy

Mental Health Awareness Week also brings into focus your organisational strategy for supporting and enhancing mental health and wellbeing.

New results from the landmark Mental Health in the Pandemic study show that one year on, the crisis has had wide and deep emotional impacts on UK adults. A preventative rather than a reactive approach to your duty of care to staff pays dividends both on an individual and organisational level.
