New On-Demand Mental Health Training

To offer a more affordable and flexible version of the very popular Mental Health Matters for Managers training course, we’ve created a fully on-demand version.

The course is 3-hours, broken down into four modules, each with 3 lessons of around 15 mins. There is supporting material in the form of a handbook and worksheets with reflective questions for each module.

Delivered by Dr Barbara Mariposa, this educational course is designed to provide managers and leaders with knowledge and strategies to feel more confident and comfortable talking about and actively addressing inner distress and mental ill health at work.

The cost is £150 + VAT per person, discounts are available for multiple purchases.
