As we begin to re-emerge, and perhaps transition back to the workplace, we take stock of what the pandemic has taught us about work and its impact on our wellbeing and share practical suggestions for building our workplaces anew.

Easing Back to the Workplace

Anxieties about a return to the workplace are natural, it represents yet another change to our way of life. We’ve designed this 1 hour workshop to help better understand and normalise those concerns, and share simple and pragmatic actions we can take to support ourselves during the transition back to the workplace.

New on Work Well Being Play

WWB Play is our flexible and affordable workplace wellbeing programme. It is an online learning platform of video masterclasses in health and wellbeing designed to enhance your team's mental, physical and emotional wellbeing and improve effectiveness at work. We’ve recently added two new masterclasses to the library, one on promoting better sleep, rest and relaxation and another on managing sugar consumption.
