For most organisations there is now an awareness of the importance of maintaining good mental health at work.

But knowing what support and interventions are right for your workplace can present a minefield of complexity, not least because the very stigma around mental health that we need to do away with, can mean this aspect of workplace wellbeing is seen as particularly problematic.

Training to spot the signs of mental ill health and providing support for employees at times of distress form one part of working towards a healthy workplace. However, this provision works best alongside education to minimise and prevent distress in the first place, and education about how to promote a culture of flourishing.

This webinar is an introductory straight-talking look at mental health at work, grounded in evidence and scientific rigour. It is designed to help cut through the confusion and provide you with some of the facts and new approaches to help you to create real change in your business.
