Here at Work Well Being Ltd. we take your privacy seriously. We will only ever ask to collect basic personal data about you such as your name and email address.

We use this personal information to communicate with you about your workplace wellbeing programme only. We won’t share your data with any third parties, nor will we use this to contact you about anything other than your workplace wellbeing programme.

All personal data that we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information may also be stored with Acuity Scheduling and with Survey Monkey, whose servers are both based in the US. No additional 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. 

Your personal information will be kept only for as long as is necessary for us to communicate effectively with you about your workplace wellbeing programme, following that your information will be deleted. Please contact hello@work-well-being.com to request to have your data deleted, at any time.
