At this time of great uncertainty and change, we are all experiencing significant impact on day-to-day business, and life.

As we navigate the weeks and months ahead, there will be sizeable challenges for business, and for people. How do we work and manage teams remotely? Minimise feelings of isolation? Reduce anxiety and overwhelm? Cope with gaps in resource as people are absent from work? Struggle with uncertainty over financial security?

This virus presents a threat not only to our physical health, but to our entire being. And so, we believe that it has never been more important to look after each other and our mental health.

In response, we are working with our clients to flex our offering to meet the current challenges, and provide greater support for staff during these times of worry and flux.

We’ve created this 12 minute guided meditation with Work Well Being Associate Steph, designed to help you find peace in the midst of uncertainties. This is a free resource which we encourage you to share with colleagues, friends and family and which we hope can support you to access some inner calm in the midst of outer change.


Virtual Support & Connection

All of our 40+ Wellbeing Workshops can be delivered virtually via webinar, enabling people to come together in shared experience, regardless of physical location.

In particular we have developed a webinar addressing Navigating Setbacks & Uncertainty, designed to share some basic principles to act as a roadmap to steer us through uncertain times.

Our one to one Wellbeing Coaching can be delivered virtually too, providing a safe & non-judgemental space for individuals to discuss their mental & emotional wellbeing with a fully trained mental wellbeing coach.
