We are a leading and diverse team of experts spanning disciplines including psychiatry, organisational psychology, nutrition, coaching, physiotherapy, sports science, mindfulness & neurobiology.

We are highly skilled behavioural experts, everything we deliver is always based on the latest research and grounded in evidence.

We also draw on our broad life experience, ensuring our sessions are always practical and engaging.

We founded Work Well Being having experienced first-hand how challenging it can be to prioritise health and happiness alongside the realities of modern working life. We were frustrated that there was no systematic help for businesses interested in investing in the wellbeing of their staff – so in 2014 we set out to change that.

 

Louise Padmore

Co-Founder of Work Well Being, Louise leads on our business, client and product development. After a 13 year career in the Media & Music industry, Louise experienced first-hand the pressures of a fast-paced life and felt inspired to create an organisation that would support people and businesses to be at their best.

Abby Hubbard

Co-Founder of Work Well Being and trained Business Psychologist. Abby uses her real-world business experience teamed with her academic knowledge and understanding to identify wellbeing needs and develop meaningful and effective solutions for our clients.

Lauren

Client management and operations lead. After a career in events, Lauren knows the pressures of busy workplaces and is passionate about supporting work place wellbeing. Lauren is also a yoga teacher & Ayurveda practitioner, helping people with their health through holistic & natural solutions.

Dr B

Mental Health at Work lead. Dr B is a medical doctor with a background in psychiatry and public health, a published author and thought-leader. Dr B combines her scientific background with decades of experience exploring what makes people tick and what helps us all live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Adria

Work Well Being lead on nutrition in the workplace, and workshop facilitator. Adria is a natural chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu and College of Naturopathic Medicine, Founder of Maple & Co and presenter on Sunday Brunch.

Steph

Work Well Being Coach and facilitator of our wellbeing workshops. Steph is an expert in the Science of Happiness and a certified Mindfulness and Positive Neuroplasticity Training (PNT) coach. Her approach is heavily grounded in science.

Chris

Work Well Being coach and workshop facilitator. Chris is a professional leadership coach, guiding people on their journeys of living authentically and creating joy & fulfilment. Chris is also a certified yoga instructor & meditation teacher.

Work Work Well Being coach and workshop facilitator. With his background in client leadership, marketing and new business development, Alex's expertise lie in helping businesses develop cultures that unite teams and create enviable cultures.

Hamish

Hamish is a leadership and life coach, meditation teacher, eco- psychology practitioner and enneagram practitioner. Bringing empathy, challenge and humour to his work, he helps people reconnect to the wisdom of the natural world, to their spirit of adventure and to their unique gifts. 

Angela

Angela is an intuitive coach who brings soul, skill and astute thinking to shape workshops and teachings. A coach and mindfulness teacher, Angela’s work is inspired by nature and will leave you connected to your own inner wisdom and natural rhythms.

Josephine

Work Well Being physiotherapist and workshop facilitator. Josephine is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with specialist interest in posture and biomechanics, providing injury rehabilitation and detailed postural analysis.

Kate

Kate is a Life & Business coach who has personally experienced how emotional well being and mental health are crucial to a productive and happy working life. Kate helps people to improve and enhance all areas of their working life, and to find a life – work balance! 

Lizzie

Lizzie is an experienced speaker and consultant, offering her personal, professional and organisational experience of grief, loss and change. Lizzie uses her deep and varied experience to support businesses and their people to process life changing events either within their personal lives or at work.

Work Well Being coach and wellbeing workshop & training facilitator. Dan is a sought after speaker and panellist on the topic of workplace culture and human behaviour, he is passionate about helping companies to supercharge their people.

Work Well Being coach and workshop facilitator. Rich is a coach, consultant and writer at the intersection of business, tech and mental wellbeing, helping people achieve big things in their career whilst balancing their wellbeing, relationships and lives outside of work.
